Complete and running Aston Martin four litre straight six engine as originally fitted to a DB5 or DB6.Those who know Astons will immediately recognise the iconic Tadek Merek design!From the engine number I believe this particular engine was originally fitted to a DB6.
This engine specification is reasonably standard although it has been fitted with a set of triple SUs and a very rare set of Robin Hamilton 'half race' camshafts. Recent work to the engine includes:
- Triple SUs fully stripped, cleaned and rebuilt
